I have an important question. My PS3 disc drive isn't working and I might be getting a new PS3. But the PS3 I have is banned from BOps. If I were to transfer everything from my PS3 to a new one, will I still be banned? And if I just switch out the new PS3 hard drive with my old one, will I be banned on my new one?

Please reply as soon as possible.
