All DLC I've gotten has been like this and it takes really long to download so I usually have to overnight it. I'm assuming it's my internet connection, but when I'm actually playing multiplayer I always have 3 bars, so my connection can't possibly be that bad. Erm if i remember there was a ps3 firmware made like 3.77 or 3.87 or something like that this was made to have a fast download speed while downloading on the store maybe you should look and upgrade your ps3 up to that.
