Well both are in their so called "To-Do" list. Personally I think it is all smoke and mirrors. I'm not saying they haven't got any progress or even believe that they can do it, I just think they may be being a little optimistic or even bending the truth slightly. I mean thats quite a large "To-Do" list don't you think? Anyway only time will tell.
