This isn't really that surprising, they are trying to recoup sales from places like gamestop. They are making a killing on second hand sales, and the publishers, and devs want some of the action. They cannot force gamestop, and others to share so they hit the consumer.

The only Pre owned Games/used Games i get are usually offline. But still I think this is a terrible move by sony, I am Considering Moving to Xbox (as well as keeping Ps3) I enjoy the Microsoft Exclusives games just as much as the Ps3 Exclusive games, Never liked Resistance though.

Its not for all PS3 games and developers have already been doing this on PS3 and Xbox 360.

You'll see more devs doing it on PS3 and 360 in the future.

Well I thought of doing the same thing but then I started to think. If I change to 360 who will I play since the majority of my friends play ps3. So my friends are basically keeping me from switching.

i buy mostly new games anyway, but i hope they bring down the prices of psn pass to like 2$ or 5$ i dont think sony will put it at 12$, sony designed the best gaming system out there, there smarter than that dont you think?

wow , this is not that big of a deal, just buy new games, i dont really see that much of a difference, i mean if i go and buy mw2 preowned it will be like 30 dollars, new its like 37 dollars....... 7 to 10 its nothing
