It only happens with EA games and he has a wired connection with NAT set as type 2 and UPnP is disabled. He also has a Netgear router and motorola modem. Please help fix this problem, because of it he can't buy any EA games

Weird i have never seen that before. It is like EA`s coding does not like the server

If he ever banned an EA game like the sims or something on the pc will mess up every other ea game.

yea i have the same problem.... i have been playing need for speed undercover and when i go online i get disconnected like every 10 mints but when i do im still signed on !!!! its weird and i have no problems with my other games its just need for speed undercover witch is a Ea game... EA has there own serever you have to sign on to, its not like cod games when u sign in u are singned in just form you main account.. with EA u have to log in to EA servers...... they need to fix that

Yea it sucks because if he buys any EA combat games like BF:BC he wouldn't even get through a game without having to sign back onto EA servers
