It is an original back up of Gta IV(never updated), I mod the common and ps3 rpfs. I use this as my backup in case the mods do not work. It also contains GTA IV pngs and cdimage files.

n would anybody no if its possible 2 data transfure 2 3.66 n be able 2 have the gta4 disc run off the backup and use the mods

I believe that no fw above 3.55 will play any game back up. Right now any ways.

No, firmware above 3.55 is all legit, which means no game backups run internal or external(no mods will work). One could play the way Sony wants you to play with any FW above 3.55. Sorry man, Hopefully some CFW will be released soon for all who updated.

kk ty broskiey. i wasn't thinking so much as a backup but more as a hotswap method where the moded data is saved 2 the hdd and will run the mods that way

OK game data, that is a good idea .... but how would one get the data on the hdd?
