(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My PS3 displays white dots all over the tv screen when i play HD games but when i play blueray the screen is clear and there is no problem i have switched hdmis but it doesnt seem to be fixing the pixel problem i also have switched hdtvs and the white dots are still there when im playing a game would you guys happen to know anything about it that would help me in a positive manner. D=

ps- it also shows dark dots on the screen when im playing a game just using the normal red yellow and white wire.
ps- I KNOW IM AN EXTREME MAJOR NOOB SORRY ABOUT THAT.

one of 2 things could be the problem
1. Pixels on your t.v. could be burnt out and when your on bluray you might not be seeing them.
2. the disc drive in your ps3 could have a malfunction

ive tryed it on 3 different hdtvs new ones too but they still show the blinking white pixels when im on a hd game but i can probably post pictures of it soon if that would help?
its actually been like this for as long as i can remember maybe even when i first bought it which was new at BESTBUY never really cared about about the problem.

Probably just a hardware malfunction.

is it too late to return it i bought it back in christmas 09 by the way might it be fix/replace-able

That sucks, try to find out if you still have a warranty, make sony fix it for free
