Anywayy... (Meh friend showed me this cuz he got zombies somehow in free roam and used the undead bait on his friend and his ps3 froze.)

STEP 1. Go to Undead Overrun and try to get the one thats called (Dead man walking) i think, *It's in black water and you spawn in a church*

STEP 2. Start the game up and hold the undead bait in your hand
(you do not need to touch any buttons just hold it)

STEP 3. You and your friend(s) go to whatever spot on the map with all the zombies and just die while holding undead bait (Works with Holy Water, Torch, That special gun, etc)

STEP 4. When you all die Whoever is the Posse host needs to switch to Private when everyone dies and before the screen switches.

STEP 5. You will see zombies in Free roam, kill all the zombies and go to the spot you died and you will find the undead bait, pick it up.

STEP 6. Switch to free roam public and you will still have it.

FINAL STEP (HOW TO FREEZE PEOPLE).
To freeze people just use your undead bait on them and hit them with it to death.
There ps3 will freeze on first try or 2nd.
If they have undead bait or if they are in your posse it will not work.

I'm doing something wrong. When we switch we still hear the music but the zombies or our bait isn't there. Can you make a video or link me to one?

the way i do it is a bit different but its the same general idea. i go to the white fence on the same map with whatever gun (bait, etc.) and go to the corner of it. its across the house you can get on. ok what i do is get 2 guys with 2 different weaps EX: me torch, him bait. ok we either crouch and both die and switch it to free roam when u can, or the host can die and let the timer run out then switch it. either way works fine. if it dont then try it again.

ive done this thousands of times, and like he said it wont work if they have it so dont die and let some idiot pick it up. but the blunderbuss freezes them with 1 shot and only get 1 ammo unless you die and pick it up again, the holy water goes away when you die/ switch sessions so not worth a dang, the torch freezes them like the blunderbuss, and the bait does like above.

The posse host switches the game the second everyone is dead to a free roam in Private.

Blunderbuss does not freeze them.

Torch Freezes them when you kill em just like undead bait and holy water.

The torch and the undead bait in free roam. -you and your friend can kill each other if you both got different ones to get undead bait and torch

You need to kill em with it to freeze there ps3

blunderbuss you can share but it runs out of ammo

only one person can have holy water.

Sometimes the zombies are not there but your stuff will be there on the ground where you died.

Sometimes the zombies are there but your stuff will not be on the ground.

If someone the undead bait then they can't get frozen by undead bait. they can by the torch only if they don't have it. same way backwards.

You gotta kill em with it to get them to freeze. Kill em with it 1 time will do it sometimes it might take 2-3 times that you got to kill them with it. Anything more than that and they prob have the undead bait already.

the blunderbuss does freeze people in public if u switch it but you have to get killed and pick up more of ur ammo
