yeah i have a launch with 4 usbs and a card reader. sounds like a power source malfunction. not enough voltage ps3 is 125 volts find out about your power source

Make sure the power cord is plugged all the way in, if that doesn't solve it try re-installing the firmware or it might be the game your are playing.
