well the hdd, its means u should format hdd, or try to an option in the recovery menu. as for the beeps, can you use your control board at all, power, eject, etc. and have you opened your ps3?

yea i can use everything and the ps3 seems to work fine but i just want to know how to fix these minor problems and ive never opened and dont plan to im chicken

How do you know its corrupt if everything runs fine?

If you have a warranty just send it back to sony
