My favorite would have to be MW2 also. It was just so nice looking and I believe it was a game that you could easily get hooked to.

Try Ratchet and Clank, they're really fun games and the arena modes and challenge mode playthroughs will keep you busy long after you beat the game. Easy to plat as well
