Yes. Looks like it will be a 3.41 firmware, but it will have much much more capabilities than any 3.55 or 3.41 firmware out currently.

Not really the right section or place at all to be asking, but it is possible. It's in the early stages, and it requires some great soldering skills. Not really user-end friendly.

You can downgrade to 3.41, somewhere something has been released off that Cobra Dongle.
