Here I'll teach you how to download PS3 Retail/Debug/Game update .PKG Files on your PC without relying on any
PC apps, Web site or connecting your PS3 to the internet. Useful if you don't have any wireless net or if you don't want to connect to PSN to download PKGs.

NOTE: For those wondering what this website is, it's playstation-net's direct download server(meaning
it's safe) for storing game updates and patches. You need to allow it for your browser to connect directly if it prompts though.

Just replace the <TITLEID> with the title id of the game, example if the title id is BLUS12345, the link will look like:

You must login or register to view this content.

For PS3 Retail Updates: (Game patches, updates and the like)

https://a0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/tpl/np/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml

https://b0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/tppkg/np/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml (Alternate Server #1 for Retail)

https://b0.ww.prod-qa.dl.playstation.net/tppkg/prod-qa/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml (Alternate Server #2 for Retail)

For PS3 Debug Updates:

https://a0.ww.sp-int.dl.playstation.net/tpl/sp-int/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml

https://b0.ww.sp-int.dl.playstation.net/tppkg/sp-int/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml (Alternate Server #1 for Debug)

For either a PS3 Retail or a PS3 Debug Update:

https://a0.ww.prod-qa.dl.playstation.net/tpl/prod-qa/<TITLEID>/<TITLEID>-ver.xml
After downloading the PKGs you can copy them from your pc to ps3 via USB and run them off like any PKG file without connecting to the PSN.

FAQ

Q: How do I find the game's Title ID?
A: Go to your File Manager like Multiman,
> Go to dev_hdd0/game
> There you should find all of your games' title ID. Just take note all of them if you don't want to memorize them all

-END-

There you go, without using PKG downloader or connecting your ps3 on the internet Have fun.
