Lost PSN email address after PS3 accident?

Once upon a time...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I had to restore my PS3 because I got freaked out by some message some guy sent me with a bunch of random text in it and I thought it was a bug of some sort so i restored my system just in case. When I got to the Sign up thing I went to existing accounts and I couldn't remember my email address. What do I do? It was the only one I had and it has a lot of purchased stuff on it. I've been looking around and nobody knows how except to call Sony and everyone says they don't help with this situation. What should I do?

sony will help you. they are really good about helping users with their PSN's. Just beg and be like 'seriously I can tell you my PSN all my info my password everything I just forgot my email'

call sony and tell them your situation. they helped me reset my pw when i made up my DOB and forgot it.
