I reseted ps3 and controller but still fails to connect via usb. I searched everywhere but no solution and this just recently happened. Before it would never do this. Please help me and thanks if you replied

try a different usb port

maybe try to connect it to your computer then plug it to the ps3 turn on the console first and wait for the lights to show then hit the ps button

Tried diff usb port but not yet about the computer thing. Will edit to see if works.

make sure the controlers hooked up with the console off

Ok just tried the computer method and it didnt even connect to my computer. I think i might just connect it to a far away ps3 and then re connect on mine and there shouldnt be syncing problems hopefully.

Just make the PS3 die out of batteries:pedo:
