(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone, I'm here to ask all of you for some advice. I was thinking about getting some new headphones / headsets for gaming but I can't decide which to get. I am 100% sure I don't want astros because they are over rated and have no high frequency response rates. I was looking in to PX5's and am interested but worry about interference. I have 4 computers, 3 iphones, and a ps3 connected to my wifi. All those devices would interfere. Some people say its better to get a pair of audiophile headphones such as the Sennheiser HD595 or Sennheiser HD650. These are top quality headphones and their frequency response ranges from 15-38,000 mhz. I'm just asking you all for advice of the most clear, true sound. Sennheiser PC360s can be hooked up to a mix-amp too, right?

595 and PC360 are almost the same. I say PC360, so it has mic.

Honestly I just use the Turtle Beach DPX21 and they work beautiful, yeah they are wired so the cords get in the way sometime but I play so much better with them now, especially in SnD when I sound-whore around every corner! Smile

But if you still want to go wireless you could always try out the PX5 and see if it interferes at all. :y:

Not really, I have a sound card that can make better 7.1 virtual out of a 50$ pair of headphones, at least better than the siberia v2 7.1... 5.1 gives you better 360 sound than 7.1 virtual

For FPS games, sharkoon x-tatic 5.1 digital. The same as the ax pro.

tritton ax720 are better than everything on that list minus the astro a40's but thats a given. a40's if you want to drop $200 on a headset trittons are like $130 now due to axpros being out, but i wouldnt recommend axpros i heard ax720's are better, ive been using ax720s for a year and love them highly recommended.
