Yeah I saw that on my bro's ps3 when I tried signing in to my account on his so I restarted my ps3 and it told me about the update but I still can't connect to the internet in order to update which is weird since it just warned me about the update.. I think I'm just gonna play my xbox for the night.. Thanks for trying to help though

reset router go to settings, network settings, internet connection setings rework all that and test connection tell me what it does

Every time I did that it failed at step 2 I think its the "connecting to internet" or something like that

Edit: I tried signing in today and it worked I guess it had something to do with the update not sure why it seemed like only my ps3 was down though.. Oh well I bypassed the update though not sure if I wanna update yet not until I hear more news on this jb

Go to network settings, media server: disabled, close ps3 unplug your router for 5sec and plug back in, open your ps3 and it should work. If it doesn't work you have to turn off your firewall...

rest ur router and ps3 and do the internet settings again
