Easy, you can say that you sold all of those systems and that the hard drive needed to be reformatted.

Just say i sold my systems that had my accounts on them and i need all of them deactivated because someone might steal my accounts that are on them..

Saying you sold them wont work, they will ask for proof you bought them, did with me! so unless you know all the serial numbers or the receipts to the consoles your out of luck

this what u do tell them why u want to deactive ur gamesharing slots thenu want to put in there your account info an ur ps ID for proff it take 4-10 hours i had to send them 2 messages then 6hours later my slots were deactive but remember its only a one time thing

Dude Send an E-mail to Sony to ask if they can Deactivate the PS3 on your Account due to that you dont own the ps3's anymore. Just tell Your E-mail and password
