yea its not a cfw just an exploit, they just said it could lead to cfw or downgrade but they arent going to work on that. Yes homebrew will be possible but according to the gitbrew team it will be a long process of modifying the homebrew too run since the way it works has changed.

they never said they were working on a jailbreak. They said an "exploit". An exploit leads to a jailbreak.

Yes this does mean the new ps3. However, they are working on a new exploit that uses a psp! They are trying to make it so there are two versions: 1 with psp and 1 without. There is proof in their twitter. I'll look for it. I'm pretty sure i saw it somewhere :/
