2. At the end, take the carriage to Great Plains
3. Kill ONE of the horses on the carriage
4. Find easy access to the river, like a hill
5. Drive the carriage at full speed down the hill
6. The horse should die, and once the carriage gets to a certain point in the water, it will throw you into the water and you will glitch back on
7. You will either be:
(i) Floating off down stream 
(ii) Stuck, in which case whistle your horse in to knock you further a couple of times :y:
(iii) Dead, cos you failed, and now you gotta do Gaptooth Breach AGAIN.

8. Try not to move around on the carriage, unless you can get to to the main part.
9. You will sail off into the distance!
There are many spots around the map of Red Dead Redemption where you can do this, get an online posse and as many carriages as you can and try different places!
