No?... If they don't answer your question. You have the right to talk to their manager and either they will fix your problem or atleast tell you why you are banned.

the talk about bots sony doesnt use them very often i never get them on emails either i can't see how a automated message could be a respond to some of my emails ive sent ,but yea best bet call find out why you were banned they dont have to tell you either just you broke the tos
