Call them and say live chat, when you are talking to a person, tell them you want to talk to their supervisor. they should fix your problem.

Look in your email, your ban is set by the way. The most you can do is get why you were banned, which was for a reason. They don't bullshit haha, trust me. Maybe you bought an account and that person recovered it? Check all emails that you have on your PS3, will be in one of those.

Yeah I had a 3 month ban once and I talked to a rep who hung up on me after I told him his explanation made no sense at all. My best advice is to just call, be straight to the point, and don't raise your voice at them.
