Currently Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will have cross-play between PC, Mac, and PS3, but not Xbox 360.

For you PS3 owners out there, don’t worry, you won’t have to get annihilated by mouse and keyboard users on Mac and PC. How’s about this for news? PS3 players will be able to use a mouse and keyboard!

Dam imagine if you could have PS3 vs XBOX that would just be amazing

Last time someone wanted to bring cross-play between PC and Xbox, Microsoft wanted to charge the PC players to play with the xbox players XD

Well, this kinda sucks. I'd like to bash my noobish Xbox friends. Counter-Strike going cross-platform though and to platforms beyond the PC is just win though.

u can already play with mouse on ps3... its just not an officiall one of sony...

We won't get owned by someone with a keyboard and mouse we will get owned with a keyboard mouse and console commands

keyboard and mouse?:y: you can use it on UT3 on ps3 already but im not sure what else...

I think the cross-platform play will be between the two consoles, since PC is getting dedicated servers most likely.

Because mouse and keyboard ruins a controller player. Controller players can move better but the aiming is far lower then mouse. E.g PC player can rush more and keep moving and keep on target. Controller it easier to move.

I do know that steam servers ded servers for PS3 with matchmaking. PC also getting ded servers.....xbl most likely ded servers run by XBL.
Guess only unranked servers are going to allow console players against PC. Sadly xbox not getting this because well xbl owns the servers not steam

So in other words xbox is going to get the worse deal.
PS3 version of this game is truly better on paper. However PS3 is more limited hardware wise due to the GPU.
That another problem PC hardware is far ahead of console hardware. Meaning PC players have a higher framerate and res.
