Assuming you don't have DOB/SQ, you want to get access to an account with only the password for it ...

I've seen people try to get back their account with only their name and their password, and they have all failed. They looked everywhere and even called up Sony trying to find it out but nothing worked. You should just make a new account and write down the e-mail, password and if you are under 18, write down the DOB you use.
