If you got a playstation and your PSN is linked to a uPlay account, then you should get an email containing the Assassin's Creed Relevation beta. (If you got PSN+, you'll also get an email with teh beta key
Here's how
1)Sign up for uPlay (Owned by Ubisoft)
2)Link uPlay with PSN?
3)Check email
4) ?????
5) Profit $$$$
