try GameStop
Craigslist
Ebay.
Game
Gorilla Games
a local pawnshop ( if you have one)
or any other used electronics store

Always check the Fw on the console if bought in a pawnshop ect.

While it is possible that you mayfind a new ps3 on 3.55 or lower the chances are significantly lower.

I was thinking about to buy 2nd PS3 at some point, but I live in Finland, so I basically would have to order it from UK/ Europe, since no one sells PS3 with 3.55 firmware here kay:.
