i have a 17" LCD tv in my room which i use for my ps3, it is ok but has s**t quality..

i then asked if i could try my ps3 on my mums room bc i wanted to get a t.v like that.

her tv is a 19" LCD which is hd with hdmi

when i went to try it out i eventually got it working but could only get it going in black and white, i tryed ps3 and tv settings with no luck...

also the quality was stil bad at 576i or something like this, i thought it would be better than that and not in black and white. i have also done that thing where you hold ps3 down when turing on to reset video settings but no luck. help would be greatly appreciated and i will thank and +rep if someone manages to help me fix this... cheers

Use hdmi cable - ive got 19" lcd hd hdmi tv ps3 good quality it might becayse of the lightness or color thingamagig on tv settings.

i fiddled around with all the tv settings and ps3 settings, i mite try getting a hdmi cord

No point fiddling around with them sort them out xD!

haha thanks, very helpful, i may be getting a hdmi cord on the 31st that when they are half-price so until then ill use my crappy tv

when its plugged in and set-up switch the t.v of and back on.
