it is working fine and running dual still leaves me at 48.9mb/sec so i will use this method

its mw2 you cant change it plus my nieghbors wifi works fine

Delete the patch of mw2, then redownload it? Check your ps3's network settings t see if your using a proxy or a dns bypass...

im not using proxy and its hjappens for all games on ps3

Then your router's faulty.
Does your 360 find games fine connected to the same router?
When you went from Wireless Connection to a Wired Connection on your PS3, how did you exactly do it?
What Channel is your router on?
Whats the 802.11 settings, ie upto 64, upto 145 or upto 300mbps?
