Did you try erasing the network from the Ps3 and rebooting your router?

my friends did this so i went on his account and updated n went in a game then signed out it worked fine after

Get your IP adress, go to to your address bar and type in your IP address, a website will pop up and automatically open your router's info. Go on your ps3 and make that info match your routers info. This should fix your problem
For login criteria, 99% of the time username is admin, password is password.
