(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know you can go here

You must login or register to view this content.

and see how many ps3's are linked to your account, or click on media to see your downloads, but is there any way to tell how many slots you have left for each individual game? Want to know this so if I sell someone a slot for 1 game I can make sure they don't download my entire library, ya know?

Also, there are 5 slots right? Does the 5 slots mean you started with 6, used one yourself, and have 5 left? Or does it mean you start with 5 and if you use one yourself you are left with 4? (hopefully that made sense lol)

THANKS!

Yep.....if you are going to gameshare at all then you might as well let them share everything on the account because there is no slots per game just per account.

Alright, thanks. But this has spawned 2 new questions in my mind:

1. Say I have 5 ps3's activated/linked to my account. If One ps3 deactivated, then would I get that slot back? As in can you download something from the psn store as many times as you want as long as you have less than 5 consoles activated?

2. Is there anyway to deactivated a console w/ out physical access to it (IE PS3 breaks and you are wasting a slot)

1. yes anytime that your account gets deactivated from a console then you will receive that slot back.

2. There is unfortunately only one way to deactivate a console that you do not have physical access to and that is through Sony's customer support.......they will deactivate your account/slots one time as a courtesy as long as you don't tell them that you need them reset due to gamesharing.

Say I gameshare some1, and then they deactivate my account from their console. Will they still be able to play the games that they downloaded physically to the HD?

Absolutely not because the license it tied directly to the account and when the account is deactivated then the licenses are automatically voided out on all content downloaded from it.
