People can get the 28 days trophy by setting there date foward 28 days
oldener is 1k per time and thats like 5 seconds of talking between each
and punches once arm broke is like 5x times that in seconds.
i leveled my friend that was 28 to 50 in under minutes my way
i knocked guys down gave him my broken knuckles and was using sam b and got 3k per punch since monsters are level 50 in mine

Well they are all lvl 31 for me so I only get 333xp. Yeah, I just noticed that you've to use broken knuckles, I'm going to try this later.
