Well i just googled PS4 and surprisingly enough there are websites that have said they recently interviewed Sony production associates and have updates every few months about whats going on. Apparently the biggest thing is the limited RAM on the PS3 and XBOX360 and that an upgrade could extend the shelf life. However, they don't seem to be doing anything to follow that. The plan for the PS4 has yet to be released and supposedly PS5 and PS6 are already in design development stage.
