Difference is when NGU goes down daily for maintenance it's actually planned and you therefore know when you won't be able to get onto the site. What's happening w/ PSN seems completely random; The word incompetent comes to mind.

Me or Sony? haha, either way, dgaf. It's a free service so it's all good for me.
