I have two and they have seperate problems, the first one's buttons are getting mixed up or dont work. The D-Pad doesnt work and when I press select or pause then it goes to the XMB menu.

The second one's analog sticks aound like they are cracking whenever i shift them around and it disables the clicking of L3 and R3, Anyone have a solution?

It has been probably manufactured wrongly, take them to sony or a game store...
