PSN is twice as popular as Xbox Live Arcade with UK game developers, claims a new survey. A survey of around 100 studios across the UK - read by Develop - shows that approximately 30 are developing for PlayStation's online platform, while 16 are creating content for Xbox Live Arcade. The data, collected by trade group Tiga, suggests that XBLA is only slightly more popular with UK developers than Nintendo's WiiWare platform. A separate survety of 100 indie studios found that the PlayStation Network has been more popular than XBLA since August 2010. However, it should be noted that as Sony has five internal games studios in Britain, the results could be skewed somewhat.
