well if you have set up a legit account not no shitty made up details then you would of got a email telling you off your ban and how long it is etc!

i know this because when i got banned from home it told me, what it was for and how long it was for too and it gave me numbers i could ring for more info.

My friend did any ways he couldn't sign in even tho his internet was working i logged my account on his ps3 he gave same error codes even tho my account isnt blocked banned etc .... i think the Mac id is banned but my friend don't know how to hack or done any hacking on it before after a week it worked for him

They usually tell you. I called Sony when I couldn't log in and I was banned for 3 months for changing someones password.

Check your email , they usually send the reason there. That's what they did for me :y: they have to tell you in some way
