Error… Cat invasion!
Obviously Wipeout HD & Ninja Gaiden are up as the hardest games to plat legit.
Personally, Street Fighter 4 & Arcade Edition are hard to 100% because of the trials for each character plus difficulty without dying, another is King of Fighters XIII, the 200 trials trophy will definitely put your fighting skills (and patience) to the test, very difficult to achieve if you arent a seasoned veteran fighter at these type of games.
Of course, those trophies are nothing if using a save to achieve them. :p

hello ..i'm new here
and for me the platinum more hardest (without cheat)
on PS3(i"ve made them)
-Star Ocean the last hope
-Street Fighter IV
-Super Street Figther IV
-Dead or alive 5
-Vanquish
-Ninja gaiden sigma 2 & 3
-Metal Gear Sold 2 & Pw
-Catherine
-Metal Gear Rising Revengeance
and i forget ... Shadow of the colossus, Dead Space 2..(not made yet)
etc...
on Psvita
-Metal Gear Solid 2 (thanks to the ps3 version , can very very help)
-Ninja gaiden sigma Plus (no made)
-Ninja gaiden sigma 2 plus never made ..0% platine
-Dead Or alive 5plus
