To start off you need to make and ign acount.

Than open two taps of publicproxyserver.org

Than paste the Url of the First uc3 page by the go box. (hit go)

Scroll to the bottem of the page and "click my account".

Than click log in settings

Sign in...

After you sign in go to the other tab to made earlier.

Than Click Get your key Get your key

And than go on from there i think you guys can handle the rest (stay in the proxy till you have entered your code)
Also you need A u.k. psn account

It's not the uncharted 3 beta. It's the actual multiplayer part of uc3. You'r level and unlocks will be carried over to the actual game. The max level is 35 for this.
