Arctic silver 5 IMO, that's what i have used multiple times and it alway's does the job

okk thankyou man i didnt know if there was a difference and i wanted to be sure before i went and bought one.

Artic Silver 5 works but it can break your console since its conductive, Mx-4 works best for consoles.

Also try replacing the thermal pads, this was my problem when I replaced the thermal paste several times. My fan ran quieter after replacing them. Try getting 2mm thick thermal pads. 1.5mm is the thinnest I'd go.
