i wanna buy a new headset for my PS3, but im kinda confused on wither to buy the bluetooth or the weird one?
and if bluetooth or the weird then what product exactly is the best in ur opinion?

Ya the bluetooth, small ear piece, right?? Those are a piece of crap! haahaha...I recommend going with the NEW Headset! You won't be disappointed. FYI...you got Christmas around the corner!! hahaha...

The Ps3 official Sony Bluetooth headset if your not a sound whore and a turtlebeach if you are a sound whore.

I paid $300 AUS for them about 1 week after they were released. I saw on their site that they're going for $200 now. Could easily get them cheaper on Ebay or Amazon

Well, turtle beaches offer the lowest price but sometimes can be unreliable and can break easily. I've had 2 pair myself, one breaking in 6 months and the other still working to this day. Another option if you have some money is to get some Tritons or the Astro A40s. I haven't had a chance to try tritons but have heard good reviews. Astros are of course some of the highest quality you will ever get in a headset. The last option I can think of is SteelSeries Siberia v2's or any other steelseries. I have heard great things from people, some saying they are better than A40s. Whatever you choose, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

Undoubtedly the Astro A40s, provided you have a budget capable of affording them. If you are seeking a low-price, but effective model, purchase the Turtlebeach P11s. They are the price of a standard video game and offer brilliant quality audio.

I use some nice Bose headphones and an itouch 4g to talk on psn.
