I have a question, When you say "this allows cfw for your own console no other", DO you mean if we want cfw on our ps3 we have to make it our self and not be able to use any other made cfw from someone else?

No this key allows you to decrypt files on your console. It unique to your console get it

LOL the per console key is a unique set of keys. That is use to decrypt high level files on that pacific console. Which mean you to run unsigned codes meaning cfw only your console

this has been known and will only work on your ps3 if you can dump the bootloader if not your screwed cause your ps3 will ylod shortly after and you will need to flash and reflow the system no one will be doing this
