I don't think so , because Activision love $$$.
And if they release it early on PSN they will lose a lot of money because of gamesharing .
even after Sony's latest decision of reducing gamesharing to 2 systems instead of 5.

BF3 isn't even available on the store outside of Europe I don't believe. I know its not in America.

I doubt it.
Activision likes to have reach arounds using money as their tissue and expensive lotion as their lubricant.

Doubt it, that would be such an easier way though of acquiring the game. Perhaps on the next cod - full downloadable games seem to have just started coming out recently.
