okay this is very simple
ur phat ps3 go to system data transfer utilty press x on option 1 ull see another screen with internet plug in leave that screen where its at on the phat 1 now on the slim same thing system data utilty but when you see option 1 data transfer this system to other well u got to number 2 but dont hit x on number 2 just yet now take any eithernet cord aka internet blue or black cord put both ends in the 2 ps3s once plugged in on the phat ps3 hit x then on the slim hit option 2 right after you hit x on the phat then on the slim it will say data on ur slim will be formated hit yes then hit yes again all the stuff thats on ur phat will go to ur slim but note if you have alot of games and pictures and stuff its gonna take along damn time to transfer over so ur game saves you can keep some dlcs and up dates you can keep aswell but if your like 3 gigs thats 7 mins u have to wait keep that in mind more you got on the longer it takes hope this helped

ohk thanks but ive got another dam issue!! my phat does not recognize theirs a cable! I deactivated all my acc's and all that and even used to different cables but the phat is being a ass :'(
