It seems that Sony will be shutting down the PSN for underage Korean players. The korean law states that there will be a six hour block at night around 12 AM to 6 AM and prevent players from going online or onto the PlayStation Store . However, this law previously was only stated for PC users, but is now intended for consoles as well. This was due to the fact that online gaming was becoming insensitively addictive to underage players. However, this law also goes to the Xbox Live Members as well as those who go online with the Nintendo 3ds. Like the limitations to the reduction in game sharing slots, this will be implemented on November the 18th of 2011. It also seems that Sony will start to prevent account creation from 18 November and onwards, and it also seems that Sony will now be monitoring IP addresses to prevent account creation after 18th November. This law will also impact the PS Vita when released.
