Then yesterday my friend came over and uploaded his save file and it said it would disable trophies anyway he went home and i deleted the gamesave if i finish crushing will i get the trophy or will i need to start again because of his gamesave

continue from your own gamesave and it should be fine I do know however in some games in the past it this it won't work try playing the save and going for another simple trophy you don't have and see if the trophy pops like rolling ammo master or something.
