(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So the other day my cousin was at my house playing my ps3. He accidently stepped on the cord of my playstation pulling it off my dressar. Now that it hit front first where the buttons are it will not work properly. It turns on runs fine then shuts off. After it shuts off all the power going to the ps3 is cut off no lights on at all. Does anyone know what this could be? Mabey a fix?

maybe a loose power pack lead on the inside

or your fan is broken and causing it to overheat and shut off to prevent damage from overheating

there is probably sum internal motherboard damage aswell

same happened to my ps3 but my gf smashed my up did same things only mine would flash red instead of a complete shut off with no lights

Try making sure all cables are plugged in properly.
