Its really simple lol. It just takes a while you might need a good hour of free time though including the time it takes to take the ps3 apart, Downgrading, and Downloading. But personally you will get tired of it lol.

Well the only way you can brick it is if you install a CFW while on a CFW, Like they said DONOT install another CFW after you have downgraded and installed the 1st CFW. But really if you follow the directions carefully you wont have to worry about anything. Updated with a video of the whole process.

So now im on the 4.0 OFW with a slim ps3 so if I downgrade my ps3 to 3.55 OFW put a CFW on it Install homwbrew and put some patch on it . After Put my patch on it Update to 4.0 . . . It correct ? It will not brick ?
And after all this can I re downgrade and install CFW ? Or not because I already do it ? So I can only downgrade once ?

You can downgrade as many times as you want. And when your downgrading you wont be on a fw you will have to install a firmware. You can install a OFW or CFW doesnt really matter but what they trying to say is if you install a CFW such as Geohot's dont install another CFW such as kakarotok's that will brick your ps3.
