(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); im having a problem adding my credit card details to my account and im typing everything correctly and have been double checking and even used my dads card to make sure there wasnt a fault with my card, and it kept coming up and error number but that eventually stopped coming up and now its saying check your account details then call technical support, so what should i do? phone them? or does anyone else know what the problem is? please help if you can MEGA rep :rolleyes:

Try reseting your whole system or deleting you account(not psn)

The way PSN adds credit cards is that the details have to be EXACTLY the same. This also means that it is case sensitive. If you have a copy of the bill statement with you, copy that because that is what is listed on your credit card account.

is it an auctual credit card or is it like a pre-paid card etc.?
