These, I use hdmi and it gave me the red and white scart things, how can I get it to work?:/ I don't want to use non-hdmi?

Good luck I don't think those things work with an hdmi cable. Allmost all stereo headsets don't use hdmi as there really is no point. On a ps3 just hook up the red and white audio cable to the back of the ps3 by your hdmi cable and connect it to that. PS3 can run both inputs at the same time so your good.
