I think people got trolled by the joker. There will be a third game obviously because of the success of the first 2 and its always about the money now for most developers save a few amazing ones. But I doubt it will be called Arkham World (Yes I noticed you didn't reference thats what you thought it was called just speaking aloud).

I enjoyed both Asylum and City and I think as they have been quite successful I think that there with definitely be a third.
